Rules General Hatsu Thread

#1
Just a thread to create and discuss Hatsus

-------
My personal Hatsu that I would create as Manipulator would be:

Nen Type: Manipulator
Uses: Both Manipulation and Emission
Hatsu: Magnetic Flames

I can control all the flames within a 100 meter radius. When controlling the flames, the flames lose their ability to burn as part of my restriction. Whilst they cant burn, they gain the ability to attract and repel. The flames still have the ability to consume objects and people but they can't burn them, however they can attract them and repel them away from things that also have my flames on them. In combat, if a person is smothered and consumed by my flames, I can repel it and rip them apart. Similarly I can attract objects crash them into people. I have full control over the things they attract and repel from and it isnt random. The reason I use flames and magnetise them is because theyre really good at distributing and consuming things. Once my flames attract or repel something, they disspitate.

My ability works similar to Bungee Gum, but I of course can't create the flames and need a source of fire to use my ability.

Promise me a Favor.
Type: Manipulation.
The user touches the target, allowing them to give them an absolute command that the target cannot disobey, no matter what. It takes at least one hour, however, after touching the target, before the user can choose when to make them perform that command.

For the user to attach a command to his target, however, he has to do a favor for that person. The target has to actually acknowledge it as a favor for them, whether in their thoughts and words.

Doctor's Orders

Type: Manipulation, Conjuration

Description: User conjures placebo pills that will have whatever effect the target(s) believe they will have.

Conditions:
  • A pill's effectiveness is directly tied to how much the target believes in it; if they start to doubt the pill after consumption, its effects will dwindle, and the opposite will take place if their belief strengthens.
  • If a target completely believes in the placebo, it will be significantly more effective than the real thing.
  • A placebo can only emulate the effects of substances that the user of the ability has taken at some point.
