Ancient giant size or bigger, Ragnir is huge themselves and Luffy is comfortably around Lokis size if you compare how big ragnir looked to Loki.

Oda's inconsistent as hell with size
Loki look at least 30 times bigger than nightmare monster on previous chap
Now he look 10-15 times bigger in the chap...

Seeing Loki size comparison with the Nightmare monster and then Giant Luffy comparison with Loki Dragon( who is far bigger than NM), yea Giant Luffy look even bigger than base Loki size "by a lot"
