Everything is bigger on Elbaf. Huge houses in which huge humans live. Those huge humans probably hunt animals that are also a lot bigger than usual. I wonder if there are gigantic telepathic snails on Elbaf, that can be used to make calls to far away locations that normal sized ones can't reach. Could be important later for say a Moon arc.
