Weirdly enough both scenarios are one sided from what I understand.

In scenario one, Jojo characters up to where I’m at right now haven’t been shown with superhuman feats like One Piece characters have in spades. Their stands aren’t potent enough to keep up with characters who are far stronger physically. I don’t see how Giorno would beat the stronger characters of the verse.

Washes in scenario 2, GER is too broken.

Could be wrong about Scenario 1 though.

GER only works if people think of doing anything to giorno, so he would negg one person or a few. And in scenario 1 there is no GER. Although I equalized speed and durability. So the hax of stands still works and they will be able to take punishment.

The hax advantage is there with passion tho, giorno can create whatever he wants, he can also redirect the same amount of damage you inflict to a thing his stand brought back to life back to the attacker. Fugos stand is Magellan on roids. Bruno can create pocket dimensions and trap people.

Giorno with his "time acceleration" punch on Bucciarati and "if you hit something i made alive, the hit will return to you" are broken, Fugo with Purple Haze will kill almost everyone besides maybe Luffy, Caesar and Magellan. Mista and Narancia can be a great help towards non-durability based characters. Risotto with invisibilty and his broken iron taking technique will kill anyone. If you under Illuso's Mirror World, you dead. Notorious B.I.G is unkillable. Green Day is broken. And should i say something about Diavolo and other Passione members? Or that stand are untouchable and invisible to non-stand users, or that stands are going from Relativistic to FTL to Irrelevant speed? Yes, they lack DC, but with their hax, if playing right, Giorno can become PK.

R2: Requiem solos the whole One Piece world together.

Why would luffy survive it? And it has a range. These stand abilities would be no more broken than foxy/enel etc

When I say passione I meant giornos passione group. Not the entire organization

I don't think he will get far in the first scenario there are some high and top tiers that would easily solo the entire group but in the second round he makes it i don't remember well what it's abilities were but Ger was very haxed.

Thats why i equalized speed/durability, meaning they can react to high/top tiers and also take hits.

Except he is not in scenario 1. He just has his normal stand and his team but their speed and durability is equalized with the one piece verse.
