Zoro, 'sables' tatsumaki, can feel anyone presence via earth (on Naruto : minato, zetsu) nearly wont get lost, no need to take damage from Kamazou and Apoo
Sanji, no need to find food stock in the market, just use kuku kuku no mi then he'll focus on cooking, so reliable
Jimbei, he need water so by doa doa no mi he can open where there are water supply (waterpark for example), it's so freak
Robin, find-learn archeolog / poneglyph alone is the best
Franky, actually gasha gasha is the best but he'll topple top fighter, buki buji no mi is enough for weapon invention so he just need to prepare cola
Usopp, even shanks know there is him from far away, shanks cant do anything while usopp rifle him with drinking a tea (top tier level threat)
Nami, she can store her maps without worry getting damaged, climatact supply can be save from a book, simply she has similar amount of Enel

Luffy with luccis df - stonger brawler with increased stats in all abilities. A nightmare Luffy on steroids.
Zoro with that filler guy's (Eric) kama kama no mi- heavily arguments his basic/flying slashes and gives him increased lethality.
Sanji with the diamond fruit - massively increases his durability and ap. I feel the clear clear fruit would just make his raid suit redundant.
Nami - soul soul fruit - miniture Big Mom with better weather control via her climatact. Her Aoe would also be insane.
Usopp with violas df- would furthur increase his range by a large distance. Shooting from another island kinda thing.

Robin with Sugars fruit- neg diffs anyone in the verse with a single touch. Speed is useless against her.

Zoro a Zoan DF for sure, his spiritual animal is tiger. If a mythical zoan, i think Chimera is perfect. Or Ancient Zoan Sabertooth or Tiger Zoan are perfect for him! Strenght, agility, killer instinct.
