odin responds my son was involved in this implying that heimdall is not related

And another thing too
when thor atttacks kratos for the first time, he hits kratos in honor of baldur. his brother

and they didt have the greatest relationship, baldur talked pretty negatively of him in gow 4

and so if a possible reply is that
Thor didt like heimdall so he wouldt hit kratos in honor of him, that makes no sense as he clearly didt have a good relationship with baldur ether

same goes with some other gods
it's never said hermes is the son of zeus

infact he calls him brother along poseidon.hellios and hades

not trying to say
hermes has to be zeus's brother

just saying, using the mythology as the basis to determine parenthood is stupid especially in god of war where kratos is the son of zeus instead of ares
