Also if Franky or some other SH get Kuma's devil fruit that is basically getting the ability to teleport or almost and not only can that stuff broke the story very easily (it is like a lite version of time travel), not to talk how it can be a broken ability in battle (see Kuma teleporting people to other islands) but also... That ability could make, potentially, travel via boat totally stupid, guess whose dream that will break?
