I think the further we go with Jojo parts, the Stands get more broken (ofc, I'm talking about Stands of the main cast)
It would be hard to think of a Stand that would offer a 50-50 fight imo
Btw, how would GER react to Infinite Void? It's not an attack in the classical sense. Would the Stand also receive infinite information, since it's sentient to a degree?

I see Gojo vs the Jojo top tiers like this:
Parts 3, 4, and virtually everyone from 5 apart from GER: Gojo wins after figuring out the trick
Parts 6, 7, 8: A third of them obliterate him, a third of them result in a stalemate, and another third is a Gojo win
But this all presuposes he can at least see the Stands

But why would Time Stop turn off Gojo's neutral limitless (the barrier around him)?
We know from Jojo canon that powers are still turned on even in time stop when Dio is about to attack Joseph but stops because Hermit Purple and Hamon are being used by Joseph to protect his body.
Jotaro doesn't have the means to beat him, and neither does Dio ofc.

That could work if:
- Limitless can't filter out poisons - we know Gojo wanted to do this as well, but never got confirmation if he managed to work it out. For all intents and purposes, poisons and viruses can bypass Infinity for now.
- The time it takes for the virus to kill someone - if Gojo has enough time to kill Fugo and Purple Haze, it becomes a No Contest since both lose

If they're going for the kill from the get go, I doubt Purple Haze can fire off a virus capsule before Gojo kills it with either Blue or a regular CE punch. From the way he blitzed Uraume we know he's fast in his cqc

Yeah its highly unlikely in a pure 1vs1 but Fugo can take him by surprise if he just got close to him then used the stand. Unless Gojo has knowledge he likely wont try to tp out of there fast enough before one capsule explodes.
For Rohan well there are two ways, either he touches you or you have to see his drawings.

He can teleport outsode of range and fire off any one of his long range attacks
And yeah, Okuyasu is mentally challenged so The Hand would need a competent user to pose a threat to Gojo. But in theory it might work.
