Good Luck Sleeps and Waits
I'm going to call this foreshadowing and that someone's "luck" will cause them to win the succession war despite many people seemingly being able to win without it.
Who do you think will win? Whose luck will properly sleep and wait?
My guess is the the 14th prince because it has shown no signs and this indicates that its ability may be counteractive. It has a danger of being indiscriminate in friend or foe and that's precisely why it has an advantage - nobody in the succession war can be considered a friend. They all need to go down and nobody will argue with the 13th prince (Marayam) getting killed by accident because the baby killed him.
