I believe Greenbull to have eaten the "Forest God" fruit. It might be pretty weird for just a random admiral to have eaten it though. Even if he's related to Zoro it still probably wouldn't make sense. (Though Oda will probably make up a name new name instead of Cernunnos)
It could also be the God Silvanus who is basically his Roman counterpart and a protector of the forest.
So who is Greenbull? Greenbull is a member of the D family. (or could be related to Shimotsuki or Kozuki any of the important families)
Cernunnos is the Celtic God of the forest, sometimes depicted as a bull. Cernunnos is the protector/guardian of the forest. A god a vegetation and trees sometimes known as The green man. Though the green man is a figure in lot of different ancient mythology. He's also a symbol of rebirth and Greenbull coming to Wano could symbolize the rebirth and healing of Wano.
Cernunnos is also known as the horned one. He's coming right after an arc about a horned beast, which Cernunnos is the epitome of.
Greenbull's devilfruit is obviously based on nature and obviously has an animal as part of his alias being a bull.
Not Important: There's a lot of other cool lore about Cernunnos about him marrying an earth goddess and them celebrating the sun together in a bon fire celebration called Beltane and some stuff about a serpent but I won't get into all of that probably doesn't mean much.
Not to mention there were Irish Vikings, so it makes sense to introduce someone inspired by Irish mythology right before an arc with Vikings, Elbaf.
