We already have Burgess as the helmsman, Van Auger as the sniper, Lafitte as the navigator, and Doc Q as the doctor. What about the new recruits?

Shiryu = Swordsman or combatant
Avalo Pizarro = Cook (denies food to other members, usually on Blackbeard's behalf, as punishment)
Devon = Historian (feels like a former librarian)
Sanjuan Wolf = Shipright
Vasco Shot = Entertainer
