Theory Gunkos real Identity is… her!?

I think that Gunko was probably the princess of Brook’s island and that’s how she was allowed to be a Holy Knight. If Yorki is her dad, I would guess that their island was destroyed by the Holy Knights, Brook and Yorki thought Gunko was dead, when really she was abducted and mindwipped. And so they gave up being King and guard and became pirates instead.
