1- Garp came to this mission (Hachinosu) without his (Silvers Rayleigh ) intentionally - 2 - {or may be Bogard already knows about Garp"s dream and plan, so he cannot intervein }
-3- Hachinosu will be completely leveled/destroyed {Garp is yet to start destroying the Island the main reason for him staying behind is to completely dsetroy Hachinosu }
