Controversial Haise> Kaneki

Black Grimreaper > white haired > everyone else of his personalities. I also stan Haise tho.
What I like about Haise is the fact that Kaneki was truly at his happiest moment in life (if we exclude One Eyed King Kaneki). He had friends, a mentor, he had a clear goal, a successful career, skilled investigator and finally, a family but unfortunately, the past ultimately took him back and Kaneki/Haise was left more sorrowful than before because he no longer knew who he even is. He had so much existential-crisis - Kaneki reappearing was inevitable.

I was reading the manga when it only had 33 chapters. So pretty far into the beginning.
I started reading it again after the anime was announced. I still remember all the great chapters I read.
Unfortunately, Pierrot completely butchered the entire anime adaptation and they rushed and skipped so many things. Tokyo Ghoul:re was incoherent/confusing for so many anime only fans because they couldn't understand wtf was going on with this season.
I still hope we'll get something like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood again. A reboot.

Okay apparently the social medias went full speculation mode.
But for the 10th anniversary of Tokyo Ghoul anime they announced a "new project". So it is unclear, but all the big leakers are on the same train that it may be a remake/readaptation.
