Theory Haki Sharing, The Strawhats Conqueror's Haki Buff To Bypass Immortality

#1
In the latest chapter, 1148, we finally see Scooper Gaban in action, attacking Saint Sommers and managing to severe his hand. Remarkably, Sommers is unable to regenerate, suggesting Gaban somehow nullified his immortality or regeneration.

Many fans speculate this is due to Gaban wielding Conqueror's Haki. If true, it means that, aside from Luffy and Zoro, the rest of the Strawhats will once again find themselves helpless against opponents they can't defeat, similar to what happened in Sabaody—and that sucks, right? Well, what if there’s a way for the Strawhats to fight these kinds of opponents?

This theory proposes "Haki Sharing," a concept inspired by energy-sharing mechanics in other anime, like ki sharing in Dragon Ball.

Haki Sharing would allow a character to transfer some of their haki or Conqueror's Haki to be precise to another character. I came up with this idea after reading chapter 1122, where it was revealed that Joyboy stored some of his Haki within Emeth for him to use in the future. This got me thinking: what if Gaban is also capable of such a technique? He could unleash some of his Conqueror's Haki, then transfer it into the Strawhats, infusing their weapons or even their bodies with it, like a buff to enhance their abilities, allowing them to bypass the immortality of the God's Knights and hurt them.

Energy sharing is a common trope in anime. For instance:

In Naruto Shippuden, Naruto distributed his chakra to the Allied Shinobi Forces, enhancing their strength and endurance during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

In Mob Psycho 100, Shigeo lent his psychic powers to Reigen, allowing him to combat other espers.

In a sense, The God’s Knights and Gorosei is also employing a form of energy sharing. Their immortality likely stems from Imu’s Devil Fruit ability, which could channel regenerative or protective energy to them, maintaining their invincibility. If Haki Sharing allows the Strawhats to counter this, it could shift the balance in their favor, enabling them to challenge not only the God’s Knights and Gorosei but also Imu’s authority.
