Maybe Kaido doesn't know Internal Destruction.
Unless he had an attack that implied this.
Kamusari would probably damage Luffy.
Luffy needs to learn how to use or how to counter emission ID haki techniques like Kamusari or Galaxy Impact.
Maybe someone in Elbaf will teach him this. (Maybe Shanks, or Gaban, or the silhouette guy at elbaf)
