Yes, i think so & the admirals can be a good exemple for this.
I don't see all of the admirals having a CoC but for sure they have better mastery over the other 02 types of haki. + OP DF and possibly awakening.
@Halyup @zenox i don't think luffy's DF is that special.
How good do u think an admiral would perform against a Yonko...?!

Fighter A = Gura Gura + Yami yami + AdvCOA + AdvCOO + young Garp physical stats
Fighter B = No fruit + top tier AdvCoC +AdvCOA + COO + Sanji physical stats

A wins in my opinion , so it's possible just very hard

Add awakening to that OP devil fruit and that's basically one of the C3 Admirals. So yeah.

Nobody else is gonna have the durability of kaido and big mom. Acoa that's very strong would destroy anyone else. Look at sanji with regular coa that clashed evenly with king leaving black lightning streaks but still isn't acoa. He still put down an ancient Dino zoan hyped for durability and regen who also has an enhanced exo skeleton. And did it rather easily.

Anyone else that doesn't have this type of durability is fucked

well it kinda depends to the situation , luffy was able to make 3 gears based on his devil fruit all the admirals have advancement in observation and armanent aswell , if u include awakening in that section then yeah it can go for either way .

Yes, pretty much King could defeat Yamato if he had Law's DF for example. Or even Kaido's or Marco's.
