1. Being a race thats not human doesn't mean you can't be a swordsman. Even with special race related abilities

2. Having a devil fruit doesn't mean you can't be a swordsman

3. Someone can use abilities outside of their swordsmanship and still be considered a swordsman

4. Using attacks outside of your swordsmanship aren't a part of your swordsmanship
This isn't swordsmanship

This is aka using your sword/blade

5. Having a sword doesn't make you a swordsman

6. You need a shool or style to be a swordsman

Yes that is undeniably part of your swordsmanship or skill

If you use them as 2 separate abilities/fighting styles and not one of the same it isnt part of your swordsmanship. Weirdly enough even if your using your sword as the outlet

King has a devil fruit and is a lunarian but isn't a swordsman

Neither if them have a sword style or way of the sword. No school or style So they aren't
