Hell Joe and pretty easily at that.

White is no Urek so he can't use some massive physical gap to overcome lack of ability to access Shinsoo.


He's one of the most Shinsoo dependent residents in the tower.

If the battle takes place at the FoD, Hell Joe beats his ass. Considering how high SIU portrayed Yuri's power in this arc, it's very likely Zero Area wouldn't even be needed for Joe to beat him. With Zero Area, White gets casually turned into a fried potato.

Outside of the FoD, it's harder to say. SIU said that Hell Joe was especially OP due to being in his home turf. So in other Floors he'd be significantly weaker. I'm not sure about the extent of the nerf, but depending on how much it is, White could have a shot.

Hell Joe pretty much smokes every regular if they’re fighting on the FoD since he has Zero Area

No shinsoo to fly, no shinsoo to reinforce themselves with, and no shinsoo to attack with is a huge nerf that most characters can’t overcome

The Family Leaders should be able to handle it though

Ye, I also think every character we've seen fight until this point except Zahard, Urek, the Family Heads and Luslec (others higher go without saying), is getting cooked by Hell Joe at the FoD. He's incredibly strong on his own, but the ability to control Shinsu in an area is absurdly broken. Even the physically toughest characters are super dependent on Shinsu. Take that away, and they become an empty shell.
