So Oda made this statement in the past that something would happen to Vivi, Hancock and Sabo. Here are my guesses. I think all three got captured.
Sabo got captured by Blackbeard after he split off from the others. Blackbeard was after something that the WG was also going for. He set sail after he read the news about what happened at the Revery. The navy's biggest priority was catching Sabo. BB got him before they could. He tried to get the Flamefruit two times already. Once when he offered Ace to join and a second time when he send Burgess to Dressrosa. He attacked Baltigo once. He won't kill Sabo, he will demand something from the Revolutionaries.
Vivi got captrued by Cipher Pol. Think back to Imu looking at photographs. He cut into pieces the ones of Blackbeard and Luffy. Vivi's was still one piece. He wanted her and he got her. Cipher Pol took her at the Revery.
Hancock got captured by the Navy. Apart from Weevil and Hancock, all the Warlords escaped. The navy will catch atleast one. Weevil is so mysterious, he won't get captured already. Hancock might got a taste of the SSG weapon. She is set to be executed.
