I just have a system for passwords, which makes it easier.

For example an easy system which my mother use:

Word1 of choice - first 3 letters of webside - number - word2 of choice - last 3 letters of webside - number , resulting in for example:

AppleWor73DogGen37

So you have a different PW at any webside, but you just need to remember 2 words and 2 numbers, which are always the same.
