Versus Battle Himura Kenshin vs East Blue Zoro

Himura Kenshin, the battoisai, vs Zoro from Logue Town (let's assume his injury isn't bothering him). Who wins?

Himura is far faster than a bullet, is able to read emotions to preemptively strike or counter an opponent, and uses non lethal force apart from his strongest attack. This attack is incredibly fast and will strike to kill even with a blunt object.

Himura is in the same state he was against Shishio Makoto, just healed. His morals are in tact.

Round 2: Himura is the Battosai, but with the same abilities from the previous incarnation. Zoro is Alabasta Zoro.

Zoro should win both scenario. East Blue Zoro tanked Mihawk's slash. He also defeated Hatchan who wielded 6 swords and each swords weighed 300 kg and Zoro's physical strength surpasses Hatchan which means Zoro can lift higher than 300*6=1800 kg.

I think Kenshin is faster but Zoro's endurance will enable him to find an opening and deal the killing blow.

Any stat you can think of Zoro has the decisive edge (even speed), strengthwise it's not even close he catches Kenshin's reverse blade with his hands and ragdolls him. Not a single sword move required on his part.
