I picked Hisoka and Garou cause theyre basically very similar. Aside from looking like they could be brothers, theyre both obssesed with fighting. They hunt people for Power Levels...both for different goals. Both very self destructive when it comes to their goals. Both also arent very "pure villain" like, and instead are only as evil as their goal needs them to be.
