Hiyori wanted to kill Zoro? Because to take away the top blade of shusui and give Zoro Enma, who almost killed him and constantly interfered in fights against injustice. Hiyori lied to Zoro face about Enma being the only blade to scar Kaido, and in doing so she not only scammed him out of his best sword, but has also given him a sword that actively inhibited him throughout most of the war to the point he had to hold back his Haki to not wither away, hindering Zoro threefold. She was truly Zoro's worse enemy in Wano.
