This. Rinbukun is pretty underrated as a fighter. Army v army Hakuokoku takes it.

I think it’s a close fight if they get into a duel though. Haku has considerable weight.

Yes. I think HKK is much closer to the Renpa/Gyou'un equation than most people think. The difference between his and Yoko's blows isn't that big. He also sent Shin flying multiple times.

Rinbukun is at best around Rinko's level. HKK would high diff RBK in a duel and mid diff RBK army in battle due to HKK's intellects.

I'd say a bit higher though. Rinko is strong but he probably doesn't hold a candle to the actual powerhouses like Renpa similar to how Sanyou Shin was overwhelmed by Renpa's pressure.

Rinbukun on the other hand, could put up a decent fight against Tou, an actual high-tier fighter.

Shin had just been ragdolled before and went into that duel with a massive handicap. Yoko vs gyouun would be a better comparison.
