Versus Battle Hoaqin vs Zoro

Location: Marineford
Distance: 500m
Mindset: Bloodlusted

Conditions:

• This is current Zoro (Wano).
• This is the first version of Hoaqin we met on the Hell Train (without absorbing anyone).
• No shinsoo Restriction for Hoaqin.

*I'm not mentioning the Vsbattle profiles as they don't have stats of this specific version of Hoaqin. I hope you guys are familiar with the abilities of both of them.

My opinion:

I personally feel like Post-TS Zoro takes this high-extreme diff. Yes, Hoaqin is strong but so is Zoro. Also, this is like the weakest form of Hoaqin. Either way, it's gonna be a very tough fight. Both have great feats.

That's hard to tell....Arie Swordsmanship is no joke and i think he can take down Zoro....but it would be cool to have a "slash contest" like they both try to attack an object (maybe a mountain? xD) and see who have the more destructive slash cuz sword duels are deadly as soon as u make 1 mistake it's over and i think Hoaqin have more advantages than Zoro

Zoro's DC is far above what Hoaqin can dish out. It's not clear Hoaqin's speed is even comparable.

D rank Maschenny is the only regular D rank that can compare to OP high tiers, and even then she doesn't go that far.

Well I didn't read TOG but I've seen a few feats. You can say I'm biased, no problem but I do know that guy who looks like a girl.

But tbh I know who is stronger but if you ask who would win between goku and luffy I'd go with luffy. And I know who goku is

Although even I think Zoro wins here, you're highly underestimating Hoaqin. Zoro's got better DC but he ain't far behind. He's also got some pretty feats. He's far above a normal D-Rank regular.

Also, he wasn't even putting any effort while doing the attacks above. We didn't even get to see him serious. Apart from pure swordsmanship, he's also got these super large shinsoo blasts which he was pulling out almost effortlessly. He's definitely a good match for Zoro. Roronoa definitely ain't taking this one easily. Also, Zoro ain't beating no rankers imo unless some people as strong or weaker than Hoaqin became rankers by luck. Hoaqin wins after absorbing even one of his siblings.

Problem with early Hell Train Hoaqin is his own personality that can play his own downfall, he's like Gil from Fate where his arrogance and cockiness will get the better of him. Whereas Zoro if he can keep up with his speed and use Haki as a means to halt some hax from White it can tip the favor.

If anything this is Hoaqin vs Hoaqin, where no matter what he does he can be his own downfall. Whether Zoro can be a opportunist and use the chance is also the question.

My only problem with Zoro's side is he's not gonna go all out from the start and will allow Hoaqin to charge up and attack. - Shounen crap everytime.

I think the Family Heads can solo the OP verse, so nah. But Hoaqin is far weaker than low level Rankers like Pan. Those rankers themselves are below the OP high tiers.


Dressrosa Zoro's DC and AP is far above Hoaqin's. Durability and range as well. Zoro shits on Hoaqin in
Attack Potency: city level
Durability: city level
Range: over a kilometre


They are at best comparable in speed, but it's not even clear that Hoaqin is superior there. This is a stomp in Zoro's favour. OP high tiers are stronger than ToG regulars.

Lol, Zoro's feats vs Pica are several thousand times more impressive. Zoro probably beats Charlie. He may not beat high rankers, but normal rankers are fair game.


Like just because Urek Mazino and co can stomp OP top tiers doesn't mean any relevant character in ToG compares to OP characters. Urek Mazino is probably millions of times stronger than Hoaqin.
