Some of them may be but I still don't think you have to be a half-blood to become a Holy Knight.

Also Killingham is not a Fishman, where does this nonsese come from? The sharp teeth are part of his hybrid look because he's a Qilin.

How does Gunko is half celestial dragon work out? We clearly know she got taken away from her father which is not a celestial dragon. Her mother won't just gave birth and left her with her father for years and then took her back when she was 10 years old or something...
