R2 - Hoshina, but high diff
R3 - Zoro
Bonus - Zoro

Both have great technique, but as Zoro was a little rough in the beginning of OP and mostly strong and determined, I give the edge to Hoshina, who was always determined, honed his technique, and is also enhanced by his Kaiju.
However, as the story progresses, I see Zoro being stronger, as he continues improving his technique and on the top of that is as strong without Kaiju as Hoshina is with Kaiju.
