Hou Ken as a character

Being a new comer to Kingdom, I am wondering how yall felt about Hou Ken? Personally, I felt like his character didn't fit with Kingdom. It seemed like his character was out of place. For example, Ri Boku is a tactician, Ren Pa was a fierce Great General, Ryofui was charismatic who gained popularity, etc.. Comparing HouKen to these characters there is a big contrast.

His character was badly handled.

Just like Kaido from One Piece.

Most Kingdom bluds here enjoys Houken's power level more.

 

[Haoshoku]

As a character he was pretty empty to me but he sufficed through his power as an outlier force in a verse where super human characters are nearly non-existent. He wasn’t out of place since he was essentially a super version of what Koyokai is or however you spell her name.

 

[Seraphim Croc]

His character is Riboku's cheat code.

 

[Xione]

Started off solid, ended as a terrible character (relative to the story).

 

[TheKnightOfTheSea]

He's trash, glad he died when he did just so we don't have to see more of him
