We've seen theories about how BB takes Imu's powers etc, and it's a good sounding theory

So using that as a template came up with a possible outcome

Blackbeard won't fight shanks until he knows he has a better chance of beating shanks, than Shanks beating him

If even the gorosei are afraid of shanks haki and all that, it seems even having Imu's abilities won't stop BB from getting roid rage haki'd

So what can he possibly do, to ensure that Shanks has the least chance of fighting back?

We saw it in this chapter, when Xebec's family got domi reversi'd.

So what if BB domi reversi's shanks crew, roo, yassop and beckman etc

And shank's CoC isn't enough to KO them, so the only way is to harm them, but Shanks has a rule he's always kept about his friends.

So he will fold and get jumped by them, along with BB crew, while blackbeard quakes his ass to sleep.
otherwise idk how he's getting it done, unless uta is introduced and he holds her hostage which would be a crazy cop out
I'm starting to think less and less of the theory that xebec is in BB too after seeing xebec now, I don't think he'd greedily inhabit his sons body

Yup. Unlike Roger, Xebec had his son because of his love with Eris and not to be an extension of his own life.
