Ok, lets say Ragnir will allow Ussope to use him for one moment. So what? How does that benefit Ussope? Just to have one moment of shine and then go back to who he is?
I don't care about Ussope, if he doesn't get anything nothing is gonna change for me. If he does get something, cool, but if he is gonna get something, i want that it's gonna ''effect'' him past one moment. So i don't see him using Ragnir once is gonna benefit him in anyway. He needs a PU and a serious shift in his personality if he wants to become a brave warrior of the see.
I am also afraid that even after a brave moment, he is gonna go back to being a coward in the next Arc.
We already had this situation after the TS, they were all acting tough and not afraid even when a gun was pointed at them. Well sadly it didn't last long and we stil get them scarred of literal fodder who they could beat even Pre-TS.
