Now that Sanji also keep insisting he also has Conqueror Haki, its interesting how he learned what Conqueror Haki is in the first place.

It would be interesting if Ivankov has Conqueror Haki, but its possible that even if Ivankov doesn't have CoC, he told Sanji about it while talking about Luffy and Dragon.

It is the most important haki technique and Ivankov is the left hand man of the revs. Sanji and Ivankov obviously had conversations and Ivankov must have told it to him during it. Sanji seems to know observation and armament very well, having unlocked both of them as well, so it must have been Ivankov or one of his okamas who must have given Sanji the information.
