So, Kinemon and now Zoro have been shown to be able to use Foxfire style. While it has mostly been shown to be useful in cutting through fire, hasn't it also been shown to allow the user to produce flames as well? I'm pretty sure when Zoro used Hiryu Kaen on the rooftop he said "flame rend" and then produced flames from his sword? Is that not what happened? If he did, how tf does this work?

Hiryu Kaen is blue flame. While Foxfire is orange. Zoro used Hiryu during the fight against Ryuma.

Yeah I remember that. So it's just different shit? Why has no one questioned that he can produce them tho? I feel like Sanji and Luffy being able to produce flames has been questioned a lot

Well if anything it appears Queen was wrong and flames can be produced by non Lunarians too. 🧐 besides I seriously doubt Sanji is one himself. Mostly for the Exo thing King doesn't seem to bear.

I always assumed it was because of ryuma's soul leaving his body

It could be like ashura, it's not actual flammes, but instead a manifestation of zoro's will

Unlike luffy and sanji, zoro's flammes were never stated to actually burn
