Man these people made me a slow poke or they are lying.
My record on 10th grade is 15 sec with my flat regular running shoes. No fancy track and field shoes.
Funny thing I can rival people speed on grass field during American football practice. I use cleated shoe for American football practice and game.
I used to go to this expensive sports gym david Lloyd. They had this manual treadmill.
I remember after trying for weeks my max speed reached around 30 mph for few seconds.
