How I'm planning on getting high testosterone

Hey guys, getting high testosterone is one of my goals, I know what it feels like since I've had it a couple times before, however right now I have low test, but Lord willing having it permanently is my goal, and here's how I'm planning to have it, sharing it here to share the results too





I do:
- Have a fit body
- Train a lot of bodyweight endurance training
- Read ( the Bible =) )
- Eat very healthy



I don't:
- Smoke ciggarettes or any drugs or vapes
- Drink any alcohol or coffee
- Intentionally have bad sleep





Personally I think the one thing destroying my testosterone right now is my sleep deprivation, waking up in the middle of the night due to trauma

I believe that that's the reason for my low test, because that ruins my sleep, and sleep is when the body produces testosterone

Plus bad sleep causes increased cortisol, and more cortisol = less test






So after Lord willing that's fixed, I should have very high test

Going to update this with the results and then if anyone else is interested in getting high test you will know this works or doesn't work

I hold the principle of only doing what your body can do naturally

And in my opinion trt is a scam, besides added muscle which may just be from steroids, I see the same low test symptoms in men with trt, trt isn't a solution

The only way to actually get high testosterone is to do it naturally, there is no high testosterone lifestyle from trt



Plus bad sleep does destroy testosterone, but it also destroys health in general, I really need to fix it anyway
