My “Theory”/headcanon for Linlins rest of her story:

Linlin, now laying down in magma, she is drowning, burning alive. She has pain, is barely alive, but she recognize Kaido falling down to her side. He is beaten down, he also burns down, she feels her soul is broken. When she is close to death, she cant take the moment and find her peace, so she gathers everything together and uses Kaidos broken soul (“Life or Death”) to create a new homie, out of the magma around her. So, the magma wont hurt her anymore. Then she sees Kaidos body even further drowning and falling about, burned down…

Later on Elbaf, we see Katakuri and the rest of the Big Mom pirates, declaring their entrance in the grand fleet, since Katakuri is now the captain of the Big Mum pirates. Right in the moment Luffy declares to celebrate, and the strawhats are still unsure about this alliance, some explosion happens on the other side of the island. “Its her…”, says Katakuri shocked.

They hear her coming closer, the weaker crew member already hide theirselves and from a far distance, they can hear her rumbling. Additionally, there is an unknown voice. The voice calls her “Linlin, it…” and the voice gets stopped. “You shall call me Mama!”. She is really angry by telling that. Even Hera, which is also there, seems to attack the new member of the family, always when it calls Big Mom “Linlin”. But it seems like… its always stopped when it wants to say something else…

After a few minutes, she arrives at the alliance. It seems like she was looking for her family. When she steps out of some really big and high forest, everything around her starts to burn down. She comes as a natural disaster.

Her body is completely burned, she has open wounds from the magma she was in, her hairs are nearly completely gone, she kinda looks like a zombie. In her eyes, there is pure anger. Her soul is as hurt as her body, she seems to lost her mind, but not in hunger, just in… be broken. With her are three homies. Hera, Napoleon, Prometheus and… Hades. Hades is a new homie, he is pure magma, formed as a snake or dragon. He follows her on the ground and burns down everything. He always whispers “Linlin… it…”. Everything Hera hears that, she shocks him. And always Big Moms hears him… she yells at him, he shall call her “Mama!”.

When she arrived, she immediately sees Luffy and falls in even more anger. She tells to attack the strawhats “and everyone with him!”. Hera starts to thunder around, bot her attack gets blocked by Daifuku. Prometheus sends flames into the direction of the strawhats and it gets blocked instantly by Oven. And when Linlin swings Napoleon, it gets pushed away by Katakuri. Its just Hades, which just looks at Linlin. He seems… sad and broken.

Linlin is shocked by getting blocked by Katakuri and her other sons. But before she can say anything in rage, Katakuri talks:
“I wont let you hurt MY family anymore!”

Right in that moment, she looks at Katakuri and seems to lose her anger. Some tears come in her face. We see from her point of view. She sees her three sons in front of her, but she seems them as little boys. Katakuri protecting the others reminds her of him when he was younger, also because he doesn’t wear his scarf. She seems to be quite in shock or something, because she just stands her, looking at her sons, having some tears in that burned horror face. Then, Hades speaks again… “Linlin…”

Linlin loses even more tears and slowly turns around, to watch on hades. She is whispering with trembling lips… “Kaido?”.

When she looks at Hades, she sees the young Kaido in front her. She sees her little brother, which slowly comes closer to her, climbing up on her. The magma is burning her body even more, but she doesn’t seems to care, she seems quite happy to see her young sons and young Kaido. Hades is finally finishing his sentence while climbing up on Linlin: “Linlin… its time to go home…”

Linlin sees infront of her inner eye when Kaido said this to her, always after a winning fight. Then she has a flashback, where her parents take away her “home” and give her to some unknown island. When she there found some kind of new home, it is vanishing again (cause she ate them). Years later she found a new home, with her little brother and rocks. But it gets taken away again, her brother leaves her, everything breaks apart. We see her building her own home, an own family. She keeps them together in force, she finally wants a home! When she sees her sons in young age, she finaly felt that “home” for a moment, she was happy, just… happy. But she knew its wrong, when the family grew and she sees them staying only by fear, not by love, not by being a home.

But now, she feels kinda… home. Her brother is back with her, she sees her young boys… “Its time to go home, Linlin…”

And Linlin smiles, closes her eyes… and burns down in peace.

Nice, but way too hardcore for Lolda.

I feel like they will probably get rescued ultimately. Portraying them to get up on their shoulders would not look like optimal drawing. I just hope at least Kaido isn't totally done yet and will attempt a last rampage.

There's one scenario in which my former point is invalidated and that is Kaido awakening. Even though the author seemed to proclaim victory.
