How long were Raku/Haku active for compared to the Fire Dragons?

It feels as if Rakuakan and Hauoukoku only had an active peak of around 5 years as Generals - how long do you think the FDs had from when they were Generals to the civil war? Could a similarity be why the return of the FDs didn’t shake up China, much like how R+H were half forgotten as well?

Probably a good few years. For them to repel Wei and Zhao's invasions on multiple occasions and then to become famous for it must have taken quite some time.

They both arrived on the scene around 20 years ago and then had their final war around 20 years ago so they mustn’t have had a long run. 5 years seems to go with that?
