Break Week How many arcs until zoro surpasses Mihawk?

I doubt he will surpass him in Elbaf. Will he surpass Mihawk in Laughtale Arc? Or even final war arc? Or better after final war arc as some kind of epilogue arc to end one piece?

Very difficult because idk how and when his fight is supposed to happen. At least two arcs anyway: Erbaf and the one in which he'll fight Shiliew. Then he could fight Mihawk but maybe he'll fight Gandhi or Garling first, or Shanks' brother, so who knows.

He needs 2-3 PUs to be on equal standing and maybe one more to surpass him.

2-3 arcs / fights minimum.

If there's something like a Haki susanoo Shanks would flex it at the end of the arc.
Thus, zoro might upgrades his Asura in the following arc maybe even uses it in base like luffy does with G2.

Whatever a Black Blade is capable of, Zoro needs to learn and do something we haven't ever seen another swordsman do on screen. Perfecting asura will be the way.
