How many conquerors are in each group?
  1. Red haired pirates
  2. Straw hat pirates
  3. Blackbeard pirates
  4. Cross guild pirates
  5. Marines
  6. Revolutionary army
  7. Celestial dragons
  8. Sword
Imo
  1. Red haired pirates: either 1 or 2 shanks having it and beckman being a maybe
  2. Straw hat pirates: 2 now with luffy and zoro but they’ll definitely be more
  3. Blackbeard pirates: 2 max. Blackbeard and/or Kuzan really might not have it but if anyone will it’d be them
  4. Cross guild pirates: idk there’s a chance none of them have it. With crocodile and mihawk being equals I feel if 1 has it the other has to as well tho
  5. Marines HQ: idk Sakazuki hopefully has it the admirals might or might not
  6. Sword: Koby
  7. Revolutionary army: dragon has it and I think sabo will get it if he doesn’t already have it
  8. Mary geoise nobles: could be more or less than 6 depending on if imu is somehow sharing his haki with the gorosei

Don't know why "sword" should be apart form marine lol, but anyway:

- Red haired pirates: 2 maybe, Shanks and
Benn;

- Straw hat pirates: 2, Luffy and Zoro;

- Blackbeard pirates: 2, BB and Kuzan;

- Cross guild pirates: 1 for sure, Mihawk, but maybe 2 or 3 if Weevil joins;

- Marines: multiple. Akainu and Koby for sure, Garp Is techincally alive and Sengoku too. Fuji Is another one sure. Probably Ryo and Kizaru too;

Revolutionary army: 2, Dragon and Sabo;

Celestial dragons: lots. Imu, five elders, Garling son, maybe some other.

I agree with almost all of this, but why do you think Aramaki and Kizaru will be conquerors?

Also if characters like Blackbeard, the admirals, and possibly gorosei are put into question as to whether or not they have it obviously someone less important, relevant, and ambitious is also going to

1. Just Shanks most likely. Doubt Databookman is going to come anywhere close to living up to the hype. If he does i bet it would be confirmed in vivre cards.
2. Just Luffy and Zoro most likely. No chance for the useless bum, and I'm highly doubting Sanji's chance. Would be pleasantly surprised. Maybe a conqueror will join...?
3. Very unsure. 0-2 imo. Only Teach and Kuzan have chances and Kuzan likely would have been confirmed in the cards or by fodder passing out. idk. I think Teach will have it, but there's always a chance he doesn't.
4. Just Mihawk. Buggy having a ability that makes you special from birth would devalue his gag. Would be nice to see Croc with CoC but I doubt it.
5. The previous fleet admiral is confirmed to have it, the current one with a 5 PK level bounty should have it, and so should the future one who's directly opposed the wg multiple times(Issho). Kong also should have it, but he's irrelevant idc.
6. Just Dragon. Sabo won't unlock it.
7. 5 Gorosei are all confirmed to have it. Imu will. I'm guessing the new Holy Knights commander will, a few more HKs, and some other strong non Gorosei/HKs will as well. Shanks and Doflamingo, although "not current ones" have the bloodline. I'll guess 9-12.

outside of the obvious exclusion you'll missing a lot of confirmed celestials. the other 4 Gorosei, Doffy, Shanks if you count him. Sengoku is confirmed too

Well Luffy is the MC and he only used it at Marineford which was basically right before the time skip started
Also Garp and the Gorosei took time to show that they had Conq Haki
And Mihawk and Dragon definitely have it but they haven't shown it for over a thousand chapters
So I think Sabo could still show it

i've used similar arguments regarding characters like the admirals have it

i don't really see why he needs to have it. He's not the leader, he's just another right hand like Marco/King. The Flame Emperor shit is literally propaganda too

RHP - Shanks is the only one from there who’ll have it
BBP - None of the BBP are conquerors.
Straw Hats - Entire EB5 may get it since that’s the core group of SHP and it would prove that the straw hats surpassed the Rox as the most dangerous pirate crew ever but at very least Luffy Zoro and Usopp will be conquerors.
Cross Guild - Mihawks the only guarantee but Buggy will likely end up getting it and once Doffy joins he will as well. Croc should, but he already has a deep enough kit
Marines - Sengoku and Garp are only confirmation but Coby Smoker and Fujitora are all possibles. I doubt Sakazuki has it because if he did Oda fumbled having him fight Kuzan for ten days straight.
Revs - Just Dragon so far. Sabo hasn’t really given me CoC vibes, but who knows he may get it thanks to the Luffy brother tax.
CDs - A lot.

CoC shouldn’t be that special going into the final war. Especially not when you have 5 gorosei that all have it.

RHP: Shanks, Beckman, Yasopp
BBP: Teach, Kuzan, Shiryu
SHs: Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Nami
Cross Guild: Mihawk, Crocodile, Hanafuda
Marines: Akainu, Fujitora, Smoker
Sword: Drake, Koby, Grus

That doesn’t make sense. They’re the future of the marines.

Drake is Koby’s commanding officer and Grus is Koby’s rival. I don’t see why they won’t have it if Koby is going to get it.

*Don't care that much either way if Sanji has it, but I think there's a very high chance that he does.

Blackbeard Pirates
- Teach
*would be great if others have it as well but can't see it for now tbh even Kuzan. If he had it he would've used it against Garp
Rather than CoC I think Oda will focus on Awakening with him. BB Pirates in general have a very strong dependence on Devil Fruits so reckon that will be their ting and not Haki. Would be cuul if some of his crew members have it though.

Red Hair Pirates
- Shanks, Ben
*Shanks is the Haki man (maybe even the strongest Haki user in the series bar Imu) so Haki is probably what makes his crew standout in which case, expect at least Ben to have CoC.

Cross Guild
- Mihawk, Croc (wouldn't be surprised), and Buggy for laughs 💀

Marines
- Akainu, Smoker, Coby (potentially? if he doesn't already)
*If Smoker is indeed gonna come back better and stronger, I feel like he needs this. Awakening itself would be great but Smoker's DF isn't really as hax as the admirals so feel like he needs that extra in Haki.

Revos
- Dragon.
*Don't think Sabo has it/will have it but could be wrong. Sabo in chibi trio (Sabo, Ace, Luffy) feels a bit like Law to me in the Captain Trio. Don't really care whether he has it or not tbh, if he's fighting a Gorosei EoS though then he probably will have it


- Celestial Dragons
All of the Gorosei, Imu and maybe the new captain of the Holy Knights.
