Am trying to think how many of them needed to be able to get ahold of their legs that's the problematic part, fully grown + kicks that could kill a lion when hitting badly (humans are fragile) one kick would knock the lights out of you

An enraged one wanting a fight, let's say per leg, then the others climb to smash his skull

Would that be a strat, so around 50 to a hundred for 1 giraffe for minimal casualties

Once you climb to its neck its gg for the Giraffe, I guess 20-40 men.

Can you break their legs bare handed?
If it's possible with a full powered kick then probably not that many but if you need to restrain or climb them then you need more.

They can't reach however small targets or they lose momentum with their heads that's why they tend to kick them most of the time
