From WB flashback, we see that he didn't have his mustache when he told his Dream to his crewmates,
38 years ago we see him with his iconic white mustache.
I'm not gonna count Kaido coz he was a newly apprentice , I believe he was 15-18 when he sailed with rocks in their final 2 years max.

WB and BM were Rocks original members and top 2 with Shiki joining later.

If I need to guess, I'll say 12 years max! Since Xebec was somehow that Roger couldn't take down for years ( his foremost formidable opponent) and Garp stated that Rocks ruled the Era.
This will mean Rocks Era started 50 years ago * Roger was a supernova. Rocks recruited WB and BM + others by beating WB/BM in a fight.
I also believe Rocks is older than Roger by 5 years at least.

Don't know. BM was alone as a kid in her first times after she met Streusen then her silouhette in the Rocks crew seems somewhat a bit older than her 28 yo self. About her I would assume she raged around for a bit making her famous and Rocks managed to find her, beat and recruit soon after (baseless speculation), maybe she managed to stay free until her teen years still it will make more sense for a kid to be captured instead of a smarter teenger or on the other hand kid BM was not enough to interest Rocks but teen BM was enough, who knows.

WB in his flashback about wanting a family was maybe in his 20, now that he is no longer in the Rocks.. 35, 40? I don't have enough infos, maybe there are already are but I'm not even sure lol, anyway interesting topic.
