After last vivre card reveal, we got an important information about Revolutionary Army Commander bounties.
  • Belo Betty's bounty is 457,000,000
  • Karasu's bounty is 400,000,000
  • Lindbergh's bounty is 316,000,000
  • Morley's bounty is 293,000,000
And we know Sabo got bounty of 602 Million Berries and this is Pre-Mera Sabo.
Post-Mera Sabo bounty? I dont know if WG even released his new bounty number because he might already got caught by World Government because what happen in chapter 958.

Now, with that being said.
If we take Sabo as YC1 of RA, that means the 2nd Highest bounty of RA lineups is 602 Million Berries.

And if we use logical thinking, the lowest Top Tier known bounty and his/her YC1 is Big Mom (4.388.000.000) and Charlotte Katakuri (1.057.000.000).

That means Monkey D. Dragon Bounty might be lower than Big Mom because his YC1 Bounty is just 602 Million.

But we know Dragon had a title of "World Most Wanted Man" or something like that.
And if im not wrong, Akainu had a beef with him because Akainu keep calling Luffy with "Dragon's Son".
Thats a big indication if Akainu = Dragon in terms of strength

So yeah thats it.

So how much do you think Monkey D. Dragon bounty will be??

Ivankov - 457.000.000-602.000.000 as grandline commander but should be around 800-1.3 if he hadn't frozen his bounty by biding his time in Impel Down
Kuma (hidden member and frozen bounty) - real bounty of 800-1.3

I think Ivankov might have the same bounty or slightly lower/higher than Kuma though.

I think Dragon's Bounty is between Blackbeard's & Big Mom's
Simply because the way Roger & WB's Bounties were Presented, it was indirectly implied they are the Highest Ever

And if Dragon is Higher than Kaido/BM then that makes him Highest Current Bounty which i doubt tbh & doesn't make sense to me,
Because after all Dragon haven't made a Move yet, i doubt that being just Leader of Anti-WG Faction directly makes him have a Bounty higher than Two Yonko with Biggest Armies who ruled for Decades

Finally, i don't think he is Lower than Blackbeard because the guy is New & his Bounty is much Lower than other Yonko.
Dragon deserves more, so it's a question of whether he is also Higher than Shanks or Lower

This is why i put Dragon's Bounty between 3 Billion & 4.2 Billion which Perfectly Fits him imo

Dragon's bounty will be between Whitebeards's and Rogers's bounty.

When Brandnew was talking about the bounties he said that No pirate has ever surpassed the combined bounty of Big mom+Kaido which kinda hints that a non-pirate which is obviously Dragon surpassed them.

Agreed. It's a reoccurring theme by now.
Queen calling Sanji Judges son or Big mom calling Luffy Garp's grandson and we know that they all have history

I think he’ll be at 5 billion depending on his background.

I think the common theory is Navy Admiral who deserted and killed a celestial dragon.

If so power wise he should be in the 2-3 billion range.
Knowledge wise he knows information about the world government that can be inconvenient to them
Influence wise, he’s commonly known to be the leader of an army dedicated to taking down the world government that inspires countries to revolutions

I think an even 5 billion is a good bounty to show that he’s the world governments greatest threat barring the two men who could destroy the world in and of itself (Whitebeard and Roger)
