Like Iam25 said new things keep being introduced so we can't be sure. Although if you want to know what plot points still remain to be taken care of then lets see..........
Every Point besides Garou Vs Saitama has been already been taken care of. This is the only point that remains. Also Saitama defeating Evil Natural Water and that just happened in the most recent chapter. So I'll list the next plot points that remain in the spoilers below.
The defeat of Garou by Saitama.
The Verbal attacks on Garou after his defeat and Garou losing the will to live.
Bang "disciplining" a defeated Garou.
Taro coming to the rescue of Garou igniting his will to live.
Garou's escape.
Edit: oh yeah another point I forgot that needs to be addressed is.
Fubuki Vs Psykos. This happened in the webcomic as well and is yet to happen in manga.
