So, if Nika/Joy Boy made the entire world stretchy, it would be possible for other people to change their sizes, like Luffy in Gear 5.
This would allow the Species/Tribes of different sizes to either alter their sizes to mate, or make their reproductive organs more stretchy to eliminate damage from the size difference.
Either way, Nika's Power is what allowed these different species to mate in the past freely. No matter how large the child was, they would be able to be birthed safely thanks to Nika's Fruit/Power making their body stretchy.
I think this will play into Robin having Fertility Goddess vibes.
Nika's Freedom/Imagination is what allowed the Hybrid Species the WG hates so much to flourish in the first place.
IMO, this is still lingering a little, but has weakened over the years due to Imu's dominance.
Expect a lot of interspecies relationships and hybrid children at the end of the series.
