Fun fact: Chapter 0, is canon. That means, Shiki, a Yonkou level fighter, who challenged Roger directly in his prime, and required Sengoku and Garp combined to put down, has had about 20 years to put his "plan" into motion.
This plan is the same as it was, before: find an Ancient Weapon.
In the battle of Edd War, Shiki challenged Roger with the largest recorded pirate fleet on record, stating they should join forces, and claim an Ancient Weapon. Once again, this is canon: Shiki, the Wicked Schemer, wants Ancient Weapons. The Battle of Edd War was 27 years ago, so, Shirahoshi was nowhere near close to being born: and, Imu has Uranus. Or, does he?
For a long time, I assumed Shiki would go for Pluton in Wano, and, I still believe that, as I believe Shiki is a Kurozumi. Shiki's epithet, The Wicked, has Kanji often associated with Yakuza; IMO, Shiki's family was the evil Yakuza that served the Kurozumi Clan, and he will go for Pluton.
But, Shiki does what? Floats. That's why it took me so long to make another one of these: I needed Oda to confirm Shiki's Float Fruit is canon. Uranus is the God of the Sky; perfect for Shiki.
I think Shiki went back to basics, and wanted to figured out how the Ancient Weapons were made. If you can't find one, build a new one. IMO, we've already seen this occur: the Ark Maxim, which Enel spent 8 years building on Skypiea.
If we look at the Ark Maxim, and Imu's weapon that destroyed Uranus, the effects are the same: large scale beams knocking islands down. IMO, these are the same weapons: the Ark Maxim and Imu's weapon are both ships that are PART of Uranus, not the entire ship. If Uranus is the God of the Sky, it would exist in more than one place, correct?
I believe Uranus is a spaceship capable of creating other crafts, like the Ark Maxim, to maintain global order, through use of Gravity Wells. This is why Lulusia's hole is a giant black pit: the light itself is literally being knocked down via the Gravity Field.
So, what does the actual Uranus look like? Shiki, who was looking for Ancient Weapons, found it, on the moon. We see Uranus, when Bege is airlifted into a mysterious, giant, round ship.
Post Void Century War, the Spaceship Uranus needed to be hidden away. While some Arks still existed, they were borderline useless without the control ship. Each Ancient Weapon has a Princess from the Ancient Kingdom as its controller: Shirahoshi = Poseidon, Hiyori = Pluton, and Lili = Uranus. This is why the Personality Transfer is so important: Imu used it to take over Lili's body, and control Uranus.
The easiest place to hide Uranus was simple: the Moon itself. We see Enel explore Moon Ruins (I've been watching Mario Odyssey Hide and Seek videos and all I can think of is Moon Cave when I write this), and find what looks to be depictions of the Ancient Weapons/Mother Flame, which Vegapunk has implied is needed to power the Ancient Weapons.
We can even see the Birkans from the Moon holding Balloons to descend to the Blue Planet (fun fact, Blue Planet is the official name for the One Piece planet the series is set on, Enel's Cover Series revealed this without us knowing over a decade ago). This is how the robots like Spacey came up to Enel/the Moon from Karakuri Island in the first place: floating, through balloons.
Floating is a LEGIT way to get to the Moon in One Piece. We see other Sky Islands showing this: Balloon Terminal is where Urouge famously watched Kaido attempt suicide. Why puts thousands of balloons under a sky island? To float it up to space. The Birkans came from the Moon: Balloon Terminal was created, to try to float a Sky Island back to the Birkan's homeland, the Moon, via balloons.
More on Urouge later; but, this means Shiki is GEARED towards reaching the Moon. Now that we know Shiki's Float Fruit is canon, it's clear to me where he's been: freaking space. We even meet SPACE PIRATES in Enel's Cover Series: these guys dug the hole into the Ancient City Enel finds. Why?

The Mother Flame is the result of this: an infinite power source. This is the problem Shiki's been running into: you need Mother Flame to run Ancient Weapons. Imu has 1 Ark Maxim, and still needed Mother Flame to use it on Lulusia. IMO, this Ark Maxim was found on God Valley.
Enel solves Shiki's power-problem entirely: while Shiki could make Uranus float, and suck Bege into it, he couldn't RUN the damn thing.
Enel? Enel learned enough Ancient Tech knowledge from Birka, before he blew it up, to build an Ark Maxim and power/repair it himself. Like, yeah, Enel forced the Heavenly Goat slave dudes to build the ship, but he was repairing it himself IN REAL TIME, Enel is a savant with Ancient Tech.
Enel + Shiki is a legitimate threat, but, it gets better.

With Cross Guild and Blackbeard dominating the New World, those who want to remain free in their operations will need power to work with, like Doflamingo sucked up to Kaido for protection.
Enter Shiki: we've already seen Shiki's efforts to kill Yonkou all through the New World.
Bege and Apoo are both Shiki's agents, who were found by his post-war. Bege was airlifted into Uranus, and joined as a mafia family/Yakuza family. This fits Strong World well, where Shiki's crew as presented as more of a large scale Mafia/Yakuza operation, whereas Gang Bege is heavily Mafia based.
Apoo is the kind of party loving animal Shiki likes, also treacherous/a schemer, and was seen running up Invisible, most likely Floating Platforms post war, in the same chapter Bege's ship got sucked up:
IMO, this is Absalom's work combined with Shiki: floating shit turned invisible. Where did Moria get all these Rocks Pirate Corpses? Fucking Shiki graverobbed his former Nakama, to try and build an army to kill Kaido with. If Shiki is from Wano, Moria could stomach allying with a Kurozumi, if it meant getting rid of Kaido. Moria was working for Shiki to kill Kaido, but, after that failed, Shiki redirected Moria to go after Teach, and spy using Absalom.
Bege got caught by Big Mom intentionally under Shiki's order to take her out via a murder plot, and Apoo was sent to spy on Kaido, and also try to take down Shanks. Kaido showed up and ruined that alliance, but, Apoo tried to kill Kaido/Linlin at the end of Wano Act 3, under Shiki's orders, IMO.
However, the final piece to this puzzle is the Doflamingo Family/Impel Down: Shiki is the first Pirate to escape Impel Down. However, he has the ability to repay the favor: why not just fucking steal it?
Full powered Shiki fucked up Marineford, I think he can legit lift Impel Down out of the water, and make it his own flying fortress. What the fuck is Magellan gonna do if the damn prison floats out of the water? Shit out more poison?
We know from Law's Fruit and the Punk Hazard Sea Stone cuffs that Devil Fruit abilities can affect Seastone, so, even if Impel Down has Seastone sections, it can still be lifted.
We know Doffy doesn't have problems working with someone who has similar interests that has the strength to protect him, and that Shiki is willing to work with crazy people who might backstab him at any time via the Rocks Pirates, since Shiki is so cocky/smart he believes he can always outsmart the doublecrosses of others.
This immediately gives Shiki a slew of former enemies/power pirates/criminals, who can form a dangerous front.
Shiki, Enel, and Doflamingo is a legitimate powerhouse trio, especially if Shiki taught Enel Haki.
Enel is strong, and respects strength: he believes he is God, because he's never fought someone stronger than him. Luffy doesn't count, to him, because Enel knows Luffy only won that fight due to his Rubber Fruit's resistance, and Enel was fully conscious quickly after the fight ended.
If Shiki just, smacked down Enel, Enel would most likely respect Shiki as above him.
The murals from Enel's Cover Series make it look like some of the ships/possibly Uranus itself can also mass produce the little Robot Dudes, making it a possible army builder.
If Uranus DOES alter Gravity, like I believe, then, it's incredibly dangerous. The planet's tides are tied to the Moon: the closer it gets, the higher the tides. If Shiki and Enel use Uranus to move the Moon itself, they can flood parts of the world easily. The Moon's positioning also dictates which parts flood, making them able to target specific areas for flooding.
Since Shiki is a serial recruiter, and has been to Elbaph, I believe Shiki has been operating in Heaven's World, and is Mosa. Shiki knows Loki knows him, so, he had to hide his identity to trick Loki. Mosa described being threated, recently, because Shanks showed up and told him to knock it off.
Since Shiki knows Elbaph's weakness, he can use Enel to threaten the tree, and try to get the Giants to serve him.
Then, Shiki can invade Wano, and try to get Pluton, as well.
Eventually, I think we'll see the Straw Hats chase Enel/Shiki to the Moon, itself, for a Moon arc.
Since Birkans came from the Moon, and Urouge is from the city Birka Enel destroyed, I believe Urouge will chase Enel to the Moon to get revenge.
IMO, Urouge visited Skypiea in the time skip, and found out about the Straw Hats/Enel escaping to the Moon. As a result, Urouge went to Balloon Terminal, seeking the Sky Island that had tried to go up to the Moon.

In Skypiea, we were introduced to the Octoballoon, use to help ships safely depart to the Blue Sea:
Octopus Balloon (タコバルーン, Tako Barūn?, Octoballoon in the Viz Manga) are octopi that live in the White Sea of Skypiea. They are a common animal in Skypiea and are also one of the most fragile. These animals can also be used as aerial transport, when they take in enough air they can become as light as a feather. One was used by the Straw Hat Pirates to take their ship down from Skypiea. Without being inflated they are only three feet tall. Apparently they can still move in the Blue Sea, unless they float back up to Skypiea.[17]
Urouge, realizing he can't go to the Moon by himself, will seek out Dr. Vegapunk Lilith, on Elbaph, for aid reaching Enel.

This is when the Straw Hats/Urouge/Vegapunk Lilith build a fucking Hot Air Octoballoon Ship to space. There's no reason to believe these things don't exist SOMEWHERE on Elbaph's Sky Islands, and, even if they don't Lilith is so smart she should know where/how to find them.
They'll probably have to do something to outfit the Octopi involved so they don't turn into Takoyaki, but, I'll trust Lilith to do that, too.
UROUGE ON THE MOON, BABY
Vegapunk being free to use Elbaph/possibly Wano's resources will allow for space travel to become something real.
It's also possible Lodestar is used to reach the Moon, since the Island's name is literally "Lode" "Star", AS IN, Load up, we're going to the stars.
I believe Lodestar is an Ancient Space Launch facility, so it's very possible Lodestar will lead us to a Space/Moon Arc. I don't think this arc will last forever, but, be very important/tied to the Minks, like Zou.
The Space Pirates Enel fought had some vague Mink-like characteristics, as well as weapons that seemed to use Electricity (Electro-users?).
