Neko and Inu were seen fighting against Jack, so did Ashura Doji. They might be consider to be on equal standing.
Denjiro idat least aa strong as they or maybe even stronger.

Izo was WB division commander. Overall they should be on the level of Calamities /Sweet Commanders.
