My guesses;

Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro: Finance - Organizes the Holy tribute

Shepherd Ju Peter: Agriculture - Devil fruits (maybe something to do w/ Tontotta)

Mars - Warrior God of the Environment - Controls waterways and dams up rivers to guarantee rich nobility have plenty of private lakes for their own enjoyment. And limits natural resources to the wealthy and takes from the poor.

Warcury - Warrior God of Justice - Controls Ennies Lobby and ensures that all people who are inconvenient to the World Government get life imprisonment or death

Nasujuro - Warrior god of finance - Controls the prices of goods to ensure that there is surplus of items that the CDs and others would want by making it too expensive for normal people to buy

Ju Peter - Warrior God of Agriculture - Controls the availability of crops and plants that may greater the lives of others (like usopps pop greens) to keep scarcity of food high and ensures reliance on the wg.

Imo I think that’s more controlled by the individual kings and queens of the islands.

That’s why I was looking at the overarching resources and ideals that the wg will look to control.

Keep in mind that has to be things that helps WG somehow

Mars - Enviroment: Probably responsible for Wano flooding, Water Laguna to keep people distant of Ennies Lobby while also making that skull view from above and the waterwhirls(not sure the name of it) of gates of justice.

Warcury - Justice: Responsible for Ennies Lobby and Impel Down structures and how they operate. Also responsible for Tenryuubitos Laws.

Nusjuro - Finance: responsible for holy tributes, bounties but also for resources making sure high valuable resources are difficult to find and raising their price like the special wood that made Sunny and kairoseki.

Peter - Agriculture: responsible for food control providing cheaper and better quality food to countries alliegned to WG ideas while punishing the ones who are not with expensive lower quality food.
