Imagine that no one wakes up and Kuma succeed taking Luffy to Marines/WG. And before anyone speculate Oda didn't had a clue about Nika DF but feel free to think otherwise anyway.

How would Strawhats react and act after this?

How would they work in their rescue mission?

We would have Zoro taking the captain position and maybe Sanji the vice captain position?

How they would invade Impel Down? How they would deal with all threats in there? You think would be a good arc or maybe better then what we got? What if Marineford also had Luffy’s execution? Would we have Shanks early on and Dragon showing up? Maybe Kaido too since Shanks wouldn't stop him? This could have been the end of the series?

Dragon would have intervened. And Garp as well. Saul would have led his giants into battle. Vegapunk would have sided with them. Most likely Judge and Germa as well. The WG and Marines would have faced the forces of the Revos, WB Pirates and Elbaf at the same time. Kuzan would betray them because of Saul as well. Shanks would also appear. He would bring Rayleigh who in turn would bring Hancock with him. And Jinbei would contact Fishman Island. They would awaken Poseidon.

Luffy would be saved.
Ace would be saved.
WB would never get killed.
The BB pirates would get killed by Magellan or Shanks later.
The Marines would actually get defeated.
Kaido would eventually get defeated by the WB pirates, Yamato and Ace would become a couple and settle down in Wano.
Doffy gets dethroned by Sabo and Law joins the new Marine which is still under Sengoku and becomes the head of their new Laugh Tale Exploration Division. They would have many clashes with the Kid Pirates which later replace Kaido as a Yonkou Crew.
Sakazuki gets defeated and Dragon replaces him as the new Admiral Shiroryu.
Sakazuki becomes an Impel Down Guard.
The Straw Hats still sail as a Pirate Crew, but the Marines are now their allies.
Kid is Luffy‘s final opponent.
WB eventually retires and leaves his crew to Ace.
Ace and Yama have a daughter named Anne.

Kuma wouldn’t have taken Luffy since at that point he was still in Revo’s side. However, if this hypothetical scenario has to the way you imagined then Oda would have still found a way to save Luffy. I don’t see any SH taking leadership not even Zoro cuz he lack’s the quality to know how to lead a group. Tho he is the strongest after Luffy so his saying has weighed nonetheless if there’s gotta be a leader for the SHs it’s either Shanks or Dragon who gonna help him.

Luffy would recognized Sabo once he wake up. And Dragon wouldn't arrest Luffy forever. He would set sail and find his crew again.

Post Ennies Lobby proofs otherwise since Zoro is the one leading the crew how to proceed with Usopp. The crew respects him and high values his opinion. Even Sanji had to admit.

Garp didn't intervene with Ace. Why would he with Luffy? And Dragon doesn't give a shit about his kid since Luffy was born? Idk. He only helped him at Longuetown because he was there.

The whole World new Luffy was aiming for Kaido and Dragon didn't moved a finger to help him.
