I don't think he will become a Strawhat, though he will travel with them to the location of the next arc: New Marineford. Not sure how though. Many debate Loki joining the crew, but he is way to big for their ship. We still don't know his Devilfruit. It would only be possible for him to sail with them if it allowed him to shrink/fly/walk on water. I guess Loki could bring his own ship and link it to the Sunny, but would he be a proper Strawhat while never entering their ship?
