From most useful to least useful how would you ranking the different haki types and just to make it more interesting thr different branches can be it's own ranking example basic observation and future sight can be considered different ranks

For me from least to most useful

Basic Conqueorors- Other than Fodder control what advantaged does Basic conquerors actually give you?

Aura Observation- Idk if that's the right term for it but Rayleigh said Luffy had the ability to see the aura of people around him to tell if they're good, fujitora showed this in dressrosa too its good for getting a reading on people besides that doesn't help much

Basic Armament- it's good for fighting logias but a the end of the day only like .5 perfect of the thousands of characters have logia abilities out side of hitting harder and giving a natural defense there's better for a fight

Basic Observation- being capable of predicting your opponents next move Is really useful especially if fighting more than one opponent

Advanced Armament- aka Ryou the ability to do internal damage to your target it's great against opponents with amazing defense and durability

Advanced Conquerors- hyped to be only used by the strongest of the strongest it's basically Armament on steroids, just learning this technique allowed Luffy fight on an evening playing field with Kaido and is likely how he was able to do so much damage to Lucci and Kizaru in a short period of time

Future Sight- my personal favorite and while it's not the strongest imo it's the most useful especially in a fight, only people who can really counter it Is someone fast enough to speed blitz the user and there isn't many characters that fast.

I would say it's all about mastery over it.

even base Form with strong mastery over it can topple advanced forms. and vice versa. though in general Advanced forms are superior.

for example , Kata had future sight yet sanji with very strong base altered the future.

Luffy with AdCoC (post 1010) wasn't damaging kaido enough compared to what zoro pulled off with just Ryou.
g4+adcoc surpassed zoro ryou but in terms of lethality still wins.

Zoro base form of CoC is average but AdCoC is explosively lethal , whereas luffy base form CoC is very strong.

Fujitora Aura sensing and emotion sensing can surpass FS as well. It's all about intention.
Admirals Advanced Arnament is weaker than their arnament example being Marinford , it took three admirals to stop one whitebeard attack. but Base level strong CoA aokiji was keeping up with garp.

Take whatever haki , it's all about mastery over it.

Kizaru was doing well against a playful Luffy without Haki-adcoc and restraining himself to the maximum, exchanging blows with him. However, the moment Franky shouted for Luffy to do something, Oda separated the men from the boys, and Haki is the dividing factor; it separates the men from the boys.

Kizaru was trying everything to fulfill his mission, even being criticized by Saturno later. All of this was against a Luffy who wasn't even using Haki-adcoc. We could have had Kizaru vs. Luffy without Haki-adcoc, and even then, we wouldn't know who would win between them (I bet on Luffy). However, a Luffy using Haki-adcoc quickly puts an end to the fight.

Kaido is not wrong when he claims that only the strongest are capable of using Advanced Conqueror's Haki...
Garp, Kaido, Shanks, Big Mom, Roger, Whitebeard, Oden, Luffy, Zoro, possibly Xebec, Dragon, Mihawk, Rayleigh, Yamato's case is special because she hasn't reached the peak of her strength yet, and still her Haki was being praised by Green Bull...

"Ah, but Blackbeard doesn't have Conqueror's Haki," Blackbeard has two Devil Fruit powers precisely to compensate in case he doesn't possess Conqueror's Haki. Most characters like the admirals achieve high positions in the world with just one fruit and average Haki. Unlike them, Blackbeard has two fruits and a strong set of Haki, so it's not a fair comparison. Obviously, a guy with two Devil Fruit powers scales much higher, but I still hope that Blackbeard has Conqueror's Haki.

So for me, Conqueror's Haki is the strongest Haki, and Kaido is the strongest of all time. I find the Future Sight a bit cooler than Haoshoku, to be honest.

Sanji did not alter the future he just dodged something that was thrown at him .

it separates mid toptiers from high toptiers
admirals / law / other non-coc users can get as strong as they want , but they wont reach the sky split level

the only possible exception can be blackbeard since he has more than 1 devil fruit

1 - Busoshoku haki: The type of haki that gives you the ability to damage logias, and the one that gives you the ability to block attacks of any type, including hax abilities. Without this type of haki you automatically lose against Logia enemies and against characters with broken abilities.
Coincidentally, Zoro is the specialist in this haki and the one with the best level.

2 - Haoshoku haki: The ability to faint the weakest is useless, but the advanced level of this type of haki increases the offensive power in an abysmal way.

3 - Kenbunshoku haki: The ability to detect camouflaged, invisible enemies, etc. The advanced level allows you to see several seconds into the future, but it can be countered
